What You'll Do
- Manage and track bankruptcy and foreclosure accounts from start to resolution
- Perform ledger adjustments, audits, and account reconciliations
- Review, process, and release liens in accordance with policy
- Coordinate with legal counsel on claims, filings, and case updates
- Post payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Communicate with residents and internal teams on sensitive account matters
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all regulations
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Bankruptcy, foreclosure, OR default/collections processes
- Strong understanding of:
- Case timelines
- Legal documentation
- Account/ledger management
- Experience in HOA, property management, mortgage servicing, or legal support strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Yardi
Bonus Points
- HOA experience
- Experience with liens (processing/releasing)
- VMS or similar system experience
- CLDP certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

- Base salary of $65,000
